Terrible customer service from the Lyall Bay store in Wellington. Purchased a HP Chromebook in January for my son and after 4 months the laptop would not turn on. I took it along to the store and they sent it off to HP to be looked at. I received the laptop back after 2.5 weeks and when receiving it back, realised there were new faults due to the repair that had been carried out. I have no trust in this laptop now and have requested a replacement or a refund but the store have insisted over and over again that I have to wait to hear from the HP service centre to find out what the fault is. It has now been another two weeks of waiting. So four weeks of not having a laptop for my son’s school days and the laptop was only 4 months old! Super frustrating at the passive service and response from the store manager and it seems crazy that Noel Leeming are happy with the service provided by HP! Will never buy anything else from NL ever again
