I bought an HP Envy Move 24 inch All-in-One Portable PC a week ago.
The wireless key board keeps disconnecting from the computer (happens about one time per day). The only fix is to restart the computer.
I talked to Noel Leeming customer care, they just told me to take the product instore, which will probably not help me with a sporadic problem, and they said I should call the store before I visit. I have called the store three times and they don't answer. Customer care also gave me the number for tech support. I have called them, but they do not answer either.
The company would not take my number to get a support person to call me back. I feel like I have to do all of the running around for a problem they would be responsible for as they sold the product.
Would suggest you buy your products from another retail outlet with better support.
