Bought new first time top load Samsung wash machine from Noel Leeming, September 2024.
Had 2 incidents with hairclips getting through to jam water pump. Maintenance/warranty repair guy took 2 weeks to unblock.
I have 4 females that use clips, so wondering why there is no filter for foreign matter entering system.
Coins also mistakenly left in pockets.
Our original side loader had access point to pump for easy maintenance.
