Went to the New Lunn ave store. Was greeted very quickly by staff. But when I explained why I was there for customer service help and not a new purchase. The staff melted away. There was only one competent female staff member who was able to work the complicated request system to do what I needed.
It was very strange all the other team members I met were male and I got the distinct impression they were all work shy. Dumping the difficult unwanted tasks on the one woman while they got credit/commission for any sales they were making.
