The worst customer service I have ever experienced.
They need to return direct phone contact to the stores.
My local store has people standing around doing nothing meanwhile you can never reach them by phone.
I have vowed to never shop there again. My story is a long saga of disappointment. My path to having a warranty honoured was long. A blaming game between Noel Leeming and Samsung is something a customer should not be caught up in or delayed in their warranty claim.
