I purchased a UE Megaboom from Noel Leeming Napier on Boxing Day. Since then, the battery started playing up and I took it back into the store today. I had purchased an extended warranty for three years that was SO worth it! I was offered an instant replacement of my speaker and had great service from all staff.
It was so awesome to not be second guessed by staff and my problem resolved so efficiently!
