The chair is extremely comfortable and delivery and set up could not have been easier. My first chair had some damage to the plastic part of the chair base. Nothing that stopped it from working right away, but I was concerned about long term effects and contacted Noho. They were immediately responsive and very quickly sent me a new one, allowed me to use the old one until the new one arrived, and offered to arrange for fedex to pick it up. All in all, it is a truly seamless and customer friendly process, with a well designed and comfortable chair waiting at the end of it. Very pleased.
