Super easy to set up. I really like that I can arch backwards because the chair is so flexible yet supportive. Great lower back support. It's also preventing my bad habit of sitting cross-legged because the seat is really only big enough for your bum and hamstrings to rest on it. And finally, it's very breathable because of the holes, so no more damp bum!
