I am neutral about this product. The service could be better. I had to call and email to get my order to be dispatched. The owner called and emailed to explain that he was so busy. Understandable but frustrating experience. The chair is a made of plastic. Solid and flexible but I am not sure whether it can justify the price tag of almost NZD500. Perhaps too much hype about it. Being eco friendly is good but letting customers to pay too much premium is questionable. Anyone read this review - please know that you are buying some functional chair at a very high price. The chair is a chair and good but it is quite doubtful whether it can justify the price.
