The neutral seating position has me leaned back rather than upright with good posture. I find I need to put a pillow behind my back to have a correct posture. I'm not sure the chair is well calibrated to different weights, but I suppose that is expected. I am 5ft 10 and 75kg. I'm finding it comfortable with a pillow, but it feels disappointing that it's not a more upright seated position, which is what I was expecting.
