I have my fair share of experience on the delayed boxes. I first subscribed to the monthly plan in June 2020. I got my June & July boxes in September, after series of emails with the team 😅 There was a delay due to the global pandemic situation and it took couple of days for the customs clearance. I however, appreciate the team’s prompt response in addressing the issue. Although they were not able to speed up the process, they did however track the boxes and assure me that the boxes were shipped and on the way 👍🏻 As for my September, November & December, I received all within a week after the date of the payment 🤗 On the area that NMNL could improve on is lowering their priority shipping and DHL Express cost as I had to pay almost $45 (including box) a month and give more sheet masks to loyal subscribers! Other than that, thank you for bringing happiness to my life. I loved all of the curated beauty items so far. I always look forward to cute items in the beauty boxes 😊✨
