This is my first subscription box and I'm quite happy with it. In it you will find genuine Japanese and Korean beauty items, it's always a mixed batch of skincare, make-up and beauty tools. Ever since they switched shipping to DHL, the boxes have been arriving super fast! Within 72h for me! The customer service (at least in my experience) is very responsive and friendly. I say give it a try!
