On my second appointment, I thought there would be only a review of my DNA results and the schedule for my future skin care but there was also a skin care treatment foreseen which wasn’t really mentioned on the reminder e-mail of my appointment. The appointment started 20 minutes later than foreseen and I had a next important appointment afterwards that day so I had to leave in time because otherwhise I would be too late for my next appointment. Therefore a few things during the skin care had to be skipped and that was a bit of a shame… Despite the lack of time, the esthetician did her utmost! It would be advisible to give more details or info about the second appointment on the reminder e-mail or during the intake of our first appointment.
