The order was sent in a short time, conform to my purchase. However, there is no possibility to change anything on the order once it has been paid, even 1 minute after. I forget to deduct my discount so I had to write a letter etc.. finally I got a cheque.
there is still no possibility to check my points . I wrote already several reviews but no idea if I got points for this.maybe your system changed meanwhile. Even when I go to my therapist, I cannot purchase colagene drinks or mask etc. as I do not get points for it. A pitty.
