Commercial antiperspirants never worked for me. I'd still sweat and have BO mixed with the antiperspirant scent. No pong was recommended by a friend. This is a deodorant and it does block out the pong or BO. I still sweat as that is your body just cooling itself down and no pong doesn't claim to help with that unlike the commercial antiperspirants. I've recommended this to friends and family, and they love it too. Bottom line it does what it says, and smells great too!
