“I placed my order on Sept 24. On Oct 26, I called as order was not received. I was assured that my order will be resend to me. As of Nov 15, I am still waiting, even after sending an email on Nov 12.”

“Just received my first tin of No Pong and I love it! Customer service was amazing, I didn't receive my first order and the company sent out a new tin no charge! I've been using it every day at work and during workouts and it's so much better than the other deodorants I had been using.”

“Hi, I bought 6x tins of Luscious Lime. I honestly love using it. I also use the green and white label No Bicarb, low Scent. I alternate between both since I used a ton of the Luscious Lime. Due to having a very physically demanding job, I use at least double the recommendation of a pea size amount after showering before I go to work. No issues with odour despite doing anything from 8500 to 13500+ steps, daily, working up a sweat while working. On days off, I can get 24 to even 48 hours of odour protection. Honestly awesome!! Thank you, No Pong.”

“Not gonna lie I didn’t have high hopes, but I’m impressed. I’m sweaty and anxious so deodorant is very important for me. This works so well at keeping me smelling good even over a stressful 12 hour shift as a nurse. And that’s with only one application before I leave my house. :)”

Hi Maureen, thank you for this review. 🙂 We truly apologise for the inconvenience caused by the Canada Post strike. You should have received a shipping notification when your order was shipped. If you choose the untracked Lettermail option, Canada Post estimates 2-9 business days for delivery, but this is not guaranteed. We have odd orders arrive double their estimates. The strike began on September 25. Canada Post guarantees that all its lettermail/parcels within its network shall be given priority. Once again, we apologise for this inconvenience and appreciate your patience and understanding. 🙏
