Hi Maureen, thank you for this review. 🙂 We truly apologise for the inconvenience caused by the Canada Post strike. You should have received a shipping notification when your order was shipped. If you choose the untracked Lettermail option, Canada Post estimates 2-9 business days for delivery, but this is not guaranteed. We have odd orders arrive double their estimates. The strike began on September 25. Canada Post guarantees that all its lettermail/parcels within its network shall be given priority. Once again, we apologise for this inconvenience and appreciate your patience and understanding. 🙏

“I ordered the original, vegan and the one without baking soda. Easy to apply, was using too much at first. It does the job odor wise. However, it gave my husband and I a rash... the vegan one seems to be better. The natural one is not keeping odor away for very long. Not sure if I will buy again.”

“It does work, my pits were getting so smelly but this stuff seems to work. I also have a bit of hyperhydrosis and this isn't perfect but its decent. My only negative is the packaging, this tins are so slippery to open, can we put some ridges on the sides to help with opening and gripping the container?”

“I'm still noticing body odour, and due to my bursitis, I have difficulty applying the product under my left arm. Obviously this is not the fault of the product. Unfortunately it appears that your product just is not working for me.”

“I was so excited to try this Canadian product but the wait was too long. It was weeks before we received it in the mail. Then to have to use my fingers to apply it was also a let-down :( The extra time to apply with your fingers, then wash hands afterwards again takes too long. (I am used to swiping and that's it) Considering these 2 issues (to me, maybe not to somebody else), i will not be re-ordering again.”

We understand your disappointment with the shipping time and application process. We apologise for the long wait. Our lettermail (untracked) takes 2-9 business days. They are estimates, not guarantees, and we have odd orders received twice their estimates. We do have another faster option - Expedited parcel. As for the application: While we understand that finger application might not be ideal for everyone, it's designed to allow for easy self-checks, which can be crucial for early detection. You may want to try using a clean old roll-on, dip it into No Pong and then apply. Some customers find it convenient. 🙂 Thank you for trying out No Pong. 😊

These can be more expensive than some conventional deodorant ingredients. Hello! 👋 Thank you for your feedback, and we're happy to know that you love No Pong's scent and natural ingredients 🙂 While we understand that a creme/paste is not for everyone, you may want to creatively apply No Pong (just like our other customers) by using a spatula from an old face creme, popsicle sticks and perhaps a clean old roll-on, dip it into No Pong and roll away! 🙂 I hope that gives you an idea of how you'd choose to apply yours. “I have been using Super Deodorant for 3 years. I thought I would try No Pong because it’s more affordable. I have been using it for one week. So far, I can smell mild body odour in late afternoon. I will keep using it till I run out to see if it corrects itself”

“First time here trying No Pong! A little disappointed for various reasons! I was a little taken aback when I saw that it came I a small circular container and no spatula or something to put on your deodorant!! Someone with nails it's not very practical! The price for the size is a little much! And the smell, there's no real smell to it! I just find my natural bo comes out during the day!? I must say it does keep me dry though!”

Hi, Elaine🙂 - We're so happy to know that No Pong works with you well. However, we don't have plans of changing our packaging as that would mean a change in the formulation as we needed something firmer. On top of that, we've had lots of customers who discovered lumps early prompting them to have it checked. But finger application is not your cup of tea, you may want to use a spatula from an old face cream or some customers use an old clean roll-on, dip it into No Pong and roll away. I hope that helps. 😉
