“Never received product - do not ship letter mail with no tracking”

I'm really sorry to hear that you haven't received your order back in October. We always aim for a smooth delivery experience, but unfortunately, it seems like there might have been an issue during the transit. “I was referred to No Pong by my daughter who is quite pleased with your product. I was to receive a $5 coupon to use on my first order. I went to the website to order and followed the prompts and was directed to save my coupon to then be used at checkout. I did so but when I went to pay there was a $2 deduction to cover the cost of mail, but no $5 deduction as promised. I contacted Customer Service and was told I had to use my daughter's site or something which I had done to get the discount. The insturctions on where the $5 coupon went to be used at checkout was abstruse and I still do not have any incentive to order anything further from this company”

“Love the packaging and especially the scent but this natural deodorant didn't live up to the hype. It only lasted about three hours. I've been using natural deoderanta for many years and was hoping would be different.”

“I was excited to purchase No Pong. I bought 3. One for me and one for each of my daughters. (12 and 9) Unfortunately No Pong doesn't work. I stink and developed a rash. my kids stink too. Disappointing.”

We're very sorry to hear that. While we have not tested all fabrics, No Pong should not actually stain. One thing that comes to mind is perhaps you're using too much or you're not rubbing it in well? In regards to our pricing, we try to do our best to make an affordable natural deodorant for everyone, including offering free shipping for our Canadian customers. The tin is designed to last up to one month and we even have some customers tell us that it can last 2-3 months for them - a little bit goes a long way!
