I was referred to No Pong by my daughter who is quite pleased with your product. I was to receive a $5 coupon to use on my first order. I went to the website to order and followed the prompts and was directed to save my coupon to then be used at checkout. I did so but when I went to pay there was a $2 deduction to cover the cost of mail, but no $5 deduction as promised. I contacted Customer Service and was told I had to use my daughter's site or something which I had done to get the discount. The insturctions on where the $5 coupon went to be used at checkout was abstruse and I still do not have any incentive to order anything further from this company
