My wife has used their product religiously for a few years now. She complained that something was up with the last batch. Felt chalky. Customer service was prompt and excellent. We followed their instructions and tried to reset it by melting it in the oven. When that didn't work they replaced their product no questions asked. We will be using no pong for the foreseeable future.
