Your customer service is exceptional. My very first order of 4 No Pong tins were never delivered by the delivery service (Canada Post). When I contacted No Pong they apologized and then immediately sent me my full order in less than 5 business days. It wasn’t even their error. I was so impressed and thankful.
I’ve never experienced this type of service before. I’m now a lifetime customer.
