Excellent customer service when the product took awhile to arrive...They sent a replacement immediately. Unfortunately, while it smelled great, I had a reaction to the Original Scent No Pong that I had ordered (rash/reaction in one arm pit). I guess I should have ordered the sensitive skin variation (but I have never had a reaction to deoderant before so I did not know this would happen.) I may try their deoderant for sensitive skin in the future, because I like the company but am wary of any skin reaction. I do love that they are Canadian!
