Similar experience to others'. Great marketing, poor quality and delivery. Though staff promptly responded to concerns, they DID NOTHING but offer less than half (30%) of what I spent. So, I sent the $130 order back at my expense ($40) which left a balance of 40% more than they were offering. Package got hung up in Tokyo (in September) and has now expired (November). I have little recourse but to give the company a bad review. Buying from China is not the way to go! Big rip off.
