I had a complicated return and exchange customer care did a wonderful job in solving the issue. he was informative, quickly understood what I needed, and resolved the issue.Managed to get my dollars $$ back I ordered three dresses for my wife that looks like they might be cotton according to the pictures and it turned out to be some kind of shiny stretchy material it was not at all like the pictures. The clothing is cheaply made and it is twice the price. The material is cheap and nastyThey took over a month to give me my order then it was pure junk cheap . My item came and was nothing like the photo on website. Colours completely different. I have tried to look for a customer service contact i went on the .i went on the google internet and i found this number which was i do the research about company and i found this number which was+1---Eight four five seven Nine five 3 zero nine NINE - I contacted them when my line was connected with customer service agent they help to send this item back for a refund after waited 30 minute i got my money refunded from them
