HBPT00383019 -Absolutely horrendous customer support and ability to contact someone about the "tracking" emails they send. The numbers don't work. A month ago I was told it would be arriving imminently, now I'm getting that it is not even in country and that whenever it arrives I'll be given tracking #s. I ordered this in mid-October and It is now Dec 15 so I don't expect it at all anymore let alone as presents. VERY UPSET.
