I had ordered two items, one sweater was acceptable, the other cardigan was garbage: the thread is very thin and warned out very quickly, would not even stand a single wash. When I tried to ship it back, I was told by their customer service that it would cost me almost $20, because they ship it to China!! Weird, especially since the label on the original package said it shipped from California...they tried to convince me to accept a $5 refund. I refused and posted a review on their website, and they asked me to remove it against a $15 refund. No kidding? I didn't remove it but they manage to flag it and it was removed. BAD PRODUCT, BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE, STAY AWAY FROM THEM.
