I hate to put reviews, I honestly try to only put good reviews but my experience with this company was so terrible I had to warn anyone considering buying from them. If it sounds like I’m upset I am. I bought a gift for my mother in law maybe a month in advance that she truly wanted and upon making my purchase weeks had gone by and I had not heard anything from this company about were my purchase was. So I reached out and I was rudely reply to which I have screenshots of two conversations of two different people. Terrible customer service. I will not be recommending. I honestly wouldn’t be bothered if I was not only notified that my purchase was delayed but also out of stock after 6 weeks of waiting. And at first wanted to offer me 15% refund because it was delayed to now a refund after sharing it was out of stock.
