Merchandise is NOT as it appears on their site! Ridiculously cheap faux fabric. Which has a PROFOUND rubbery synthetic plastic-ish TOXIC smell! And when I reached out to customer service to return the item a pair of Converse sneakers with flowers and "frayed" edges they kept saying "Wait one moment please" BUT NEVER got back to me
