Worst customer service ever! Once you receive your item, if it doesn't fit or you are dissatisfied with it, NoraCora's website states to contact their customer service by email. I sent six separate emails and received no response from them until three weeks later. They stated to return the item to them with the tracking number. However, I had to send another email to get the address for returns. What they did was email me a shipping label. NOTE: All returns need to be sent to China at your own expense. I would avoid ever buying from this company again.
