Excellent client service! The request I made was delayed a bit due to the pandemic, also because it was international and many things are beyond the control of the website itself. But the customer service and follow-up care was amazing! The dress, when it finally arrived, was lovely too! I would definitely order with them again and recommend my friends to do that too.
