This company does not work with a customer who has to return a garment. They will try to do everything to keep from accepting returns and refunding money from a purchase. I’m trying to return a dress that is too big for me made of some awful heavy fabric that cannot be worn in the summer. They offered me 15% off if I’d keep it. So that would be around $4.50 for a $30.00 dress. The shipping charge was $10.00. So in all I paid approximately $40.00 and they want to pay me $4.50 to keep a dress I will not wear. Really? Watch out for this Company they do not care about their customers.
