Your customer service department really sucks. Of course, I am not going to add a $10.00 off coupon code when I was getting $20.00 off from another coupon. I expected that $10.00 to be taken off what my total cost was. I have liked the majority of the clothes I have purchased from NoraCora. I have to say your shipping cost, refunds and returns are awful. I am sure I will need to return some of the clothes that I purchased. I am quite sure there will be an issue with returning or exchanging them as well. Truly, I am not quite sure why I continue to purchase from this site.
