I purchased a dress and requested to return it as it was very cheap and chintzy. They never sent me a label. I filed a dispute with my cc company and they (cc company) sent me the copy of the return label which NORACORA said they sent me; NO they did not! I used the label my cc company sent and now they said it's past the return window. SO, THEY HAVE BOTH THE PRODUCT AND MY MONEY! SCAM, SCAM, SCAM! Big friggin' rip off company! IDK why they don't get shut down
