First off it took 16 days for delivery. It says Noracora....I can't believe it...It is the cheapest item I have ever bought on line. It is a piece of cheap fabric and it shows that it is sparkley, it is just crapply material and I paid 30.00 and could have bought prettier shirt at Walmart. No what - anything to be done about this. I really hate it totally. I will not make that is unbelievable that cheaply made. HELP ME
