Extremely long delivery time (still waiting on items I ordered over 1 1/2 months ago), received items extremely poor quality (sleeves way too short on sweaters and dresses are shapeless sacks), and return process is totally unsatisfactory (have to send multiple emails to get approval and had to pay a $25 for shipping the return). I will never ever buy from them again.
