One star is too many! Ordered in early May, 2020. Still have not received the purchase as of June 19. There is no indication on the website that they ship from China. Received an email when the product supposedly shipped, but the only means to track the the shipment is via their website, with their order number. Needless to say, the tracking method doesn’t work, or stopped working once the shipment left China. Multiple emails requesting a waybill number were ignored, with replies indicating that the website tracking option was the only one. Finally, after threatening to call my credit card company, I received 2 emails...the first telling me to be “more patient”, the second, from a different responder, providing what appear to be actual waybill tracking numbers ( this more than a month after placing the order). The packages are apparently finally in Canada, but so far no where near being delivered.
