Canned emails stating they will respond in 48 hours. I have been sending emails since early May after I placed an order and they have never responded except for the promises to contact me within 48 hours.
The tracking system is a scam and they have my money for products I ordered. I can’t get a response and The tracking page they set up states one item is in California the other in New York with no numbers that are truly traceable.
This company should be investigated!
