One month after placing my order, I contacted customer service. They sent me a tracking number that said, "USPS Awaiting Item." Six weeks after placing my order, I contacted noracora through PayPal, asking for a refund. I received the same reply as I had gotten with customer service—again with a useless tracking number. A week later I finally received HALF of my order. I escalated the claim with PayPal. It took over two months to get my order, and customer service was useless. I honestly believe if I had not opened a claim with PayPal I would never have received my order. Moral of this story: Do not do business with this company.
