Customer service is not bad. It did take 2 months to receive my order, maybe due to pandemic. Everything was sized right. But, the items I received were nothing like what I ordered. I ordered a sweater and I got a jacket with a sweater printed on it, and my plaid cotton shirt was some silky material with a plaid print on it. Do they not have cotton or wool? They should just say what it really is.
