I ordered my item on June 22. I still have not received it. 2 queries later they plead with me to “be patient”. They say it will arrive within 17 business days from order date. That date is fast approaching and even with usps tracking no word yet.
Pandemic or not they need to put a BIG disclaimer on the site that items may take 4-8 weeks to arrive. Clothes are seasonal and need to arrive in a timely manner.
