I don't even know where to start. I placed an order with this company on October 4 2019. The first item arrived damaged on 10/21/19, and I was unable to view my order through any of the links provided. I never received an itemized receipt. Another two items did not arrive as pictured. Through multiple emails, they never offered any resolution to the items that did not match the picture of what I purchased; the items that arrived damaged, I had to pay for the return shipping to China, was given specific instructions for how to send it. I followed every instruction exactly. I even took pictures of the package (and all mailing labels) prior to return, and emailed them to customer service. I was advised that I would receive a refund once they got the package back. Using The Specific Instructions they gave me, the shipment method did not allow for tracking. Since I had received no communication as of the beginning of June, after having sent out the return at the beginning of December, I followed up with the company, and they advised me that they had still not received my returned item. Just this afternoon, I received a package that was the item I returned, returned back to me, with a label on the outside saying Overdue return. The amount of time and energy that I have had to put into resolving issues with one order is beyond ridiculous. And to top it all off, the issues were not resolved. Even after I threatened to report them to my credit card company as having conducted a fraudulent transaction, they still did not address my concerns.
