I have been trying to do a return of a few items. I can only communicate by email . I give this company a negative 30z That’s a laugh. I believe your customer service is a computer. I have sent many emails to no avail. I spent over 200.00 and still have not received the remainder of my order. I truly believe that nobody at this place cares about my review nor will I hear back from anybody. How in the world do you stay in business. All clothes made in China and do not look much like the pics and the quality is very poor. Anybody would be crazy to shop this place. So many bad reviews. I have even posted so on Facebook. I am feeling angry and very much scammed. Once you get your whole order after 1 month or so, you will never get the opportunity to return any of your items. You are out your money . You will not see it again. This company exists to tick people off and never to return or exchange anything. They are liars and cannot be trusted. If you go ahead and order, you will be sorry. I feel very much taken advantage of. Never again!!! Pam Woods. You do not even have live chat or a telephone #. I like so many others have learned a lesson. Read the reviews first. If I am able to find any other way to get through to somebody, I will. I saw somebody was going to talk to their card provider. Probably too late. It may be a good idea. I will try. I am out over 200.00 for very poorly made clothing that I am stuck with.
