Noracora is definitely a scam. Robbed me of 60+ dollars by charging me for two separate orders immediately and never even giving me response of any kind for one order. Two blouses were never delivered. One promised with shipping date which passed over two months ago. No records of the second one charged.
Responses from customer service are meaningless, non-responses to complaints.
