I ordered items in Nov/Dec ‘19 And did not receive crappy quality items until after Christmas and into January. I returned the items per their instructions, shipped via USPS, spent over $40 in shipping and I STILL did not receive a refund!! I have provided them with my order # and tracking # and I still receive the same generic emails from them stating they have not received the items & therefore will not issue a refund. I spent Over $100 & thought that I was dealing with a legit company… Wrong!!! I wish I would’ve done my homework. Do NOT order from this “company”. It is a SCAM & they will NOT issue refunds!!!!!
