Received item which did not fit (too small) and poor quality. Tried 4 times to get an address for returning the item for a refund with no success. Just kept getting the same request for info which I had already sent 4 times. Then was offered a 15% discount to pay for altering the item to fit....really? In the end I figured this company had no intention of providing the necessary info for a return and no intention of giving me a refund. I gave it a 1 on your scale because I couldn't give it a 0. As a Canadian customer I'm disgusted with this company and would never consider ordering again.
