It's a scam - No 800 #. The email comes from an ESL employee in China (always a canned response). No refunds. It's been 2 months and TWENTY emails (including threat of legal action), Still don't have the order. They advertise VERY aggressively. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT order from this fraudulent company. Someone else just wrote to US should shut them down. I totally agree. All should report them to the FTC as I did.
