If I could rate NO STARS, that's what I would do. First off, I'm 100% guilty of not doing my research ahead of time.... Kicking myself hard. The size charts are completely unreliable; after waiting 3 months (yep, you read that right) I was excited to finally get my clothing and of the 10 items I ordered, only 1 thing fit correctly. ONE out of TEN. That in and of itself is frustrating enough but then when you want to return something, you will be told that you are responsible for shipping costs AND customs fees. They will offer you a 15% refund in lieu of shipping items back because apparently the customs fees are THAT expensive. I feel like I have this company a large chunk of my money for nothing at all..... HUGE waste of time, horrible customer service, and products that do not match US sizing. Way too risky to shop here - stay away!!
