I would give less than 1 star if available. The quality of the product, the over 2 months is took to receive the poor quality and inconsistently sized merchandise, and the abominable customer service deserve the lowest possible rating. I have never experienced such awful customer service. I felt deceived throughout the process. It took me 9 emails to get information on how to return items. I kept getting the same auto response over and over. The rep offered me 10% and then 25% of the purchase price to just keep the items. I refused their offer on principle. The return shipping cost was extremely unreasonable. I ended up spending 2/3 of what i spent to ship back the items (least expensive method I could find). I have yet to see a refund, but if I get the refund, I will end up getting back what I spent to ship the shoddy product back to China.
