I bought a pair of shoes and a dress: yellow with white flowers. Looked very pretty in the pictures. What a scam! The shoes were the wrong size and flowers on the dress are glued on and after washing it, the flowers are coming undone. If you want to return or if you are seeking a refund, the customer has to pay shipping and custom fees to send the merchandise to China, and then the company would decide whether they will refund or exchange the items. Either way, you loose. Shipping costs to Chine are more than the merchandise is worth.
