Do not buy from this company! They have horrible customer service. I have been trying to return a pair of shoes I got that were way too big, even though I ordered my usual size. I have contacted them 12 times over the last 3 1/2 weeks requesting I return them. I did so within the required time frame to request a return. Most of my emails were not answered or I was sent the same form email from them over and over, even through I answered what was in it the first time it was sent and I asked the to stop sending it to me. Nonetheless they continue to do so. I got one reply saying I requested a return too late, which was false. They did not respond to earlier emails I sent within the allowed time to request a return. I've repeatedly asked to have a supervisor contact me and none has. They just keep replying with the same email... There is no customer service number available to contact them. Their customer service is beyond bad!!!!
